it started innocently enough: why should we choose our meal when there's an expert in the kitchen? we'll take whatever they think we should have.
we'll trust fall.
the mystery. the anticipation. the surprise. the food. it was the best we'd ever had, and so it began. how could we recreate this - the thrill of removing our own control and placing it in the hands of those who know better - for others? how could we spread the word? better yet, what did we need?
of community. of connection. of experience. of lingering. of dining, as we were meant to dine.
we organize dinners around pre-fixe, multi-course menus prepared by our featured (and favorite) chefs. pairings are by regional sommeliers and brewmasters. no restrictions, no preferences, no limits. clandestine Locations are revealed just hours before the event and menus divulged at the meal. we don't REALLY know what we're doing, but we're doing it anyway. and you should, too.
knoxville is our home, and the world is our oyster.
