Trevor Stockton is the Executive Chef at RT Lodge in Maryville specializing in the preparation of innovative southern cuisine. Previously, Trevor spent two years at Blackberry Farm and then apprenticed at RT Lodge under Chef Rick Mace. Trevor is passionate about farming, raising animals, charceuterie and using the freshest ingredients in his unique culinary creations. While skilled in a wide variety of techniques, Trevor is obsessed with pickling all manner of fruits and vegetables. The Kitchen at RT Lodge is littered with a broad assortment of Trevor’s experiments, which he was so gracious to share with the Trust Fall guests. From ramps to blueberries to figs to nearly anything else that grows in the sun, he can pickle that!
